The system I extracted from 59 viral reels (3.9M likes), already running on Ava Moreno. 9 async days. 3 tools. Free for 30 people who show up to build, not watch.
In 2025 I got obsessed with that question. I reverse-engineered 59 viral AI reels with 3.9M combined likes and pulled out the 10 formulas that show up in every single one. Same hooks. Same 3-act structures. Same 3 tools. What looked like luck had a pattern.
"What looked like luck had a pattern. The hooks that repeat across viral reels are exact formulas you can copy."
Today I run that system on my own AI operator, Ava Moreno, plus 2 test accounts publishing quietly. All three started from zero. All three use the same 9-day flow you're about to learn. There's no internal version that's different from the version you get.
"There's no internal version that's different from the version you get. What you learn is what's running right now."
Cohort 1 is free because your finished case study is what's going to sell Cohort 2 at USD 297 in September. That's the real transaction. That's why I review every application myself and why tire-kickers don't get in. The 30 people who get in are the ones who'll finish Day 9 with an AI influencer publishing reels.
"The 30 people who get in show up to build, not watch. That's why I review every application myself."
Ava started in May 2026 from zero followers. Today she publishes one reel and one carousel every day, podcast talking-head format, without me appearing on camera once. On TikTok we publish multiple versions to find the winner, and the winner goes to Instagram and Facebook. The exact stack you're going to set up in 9 days is what keeps her publishing right now.
@theavamoreno · @itsavamorenoPodcast setting, close-up shot.
Talking head, narrative carousel.
3 AI operators in production. Ava Moreno + 2 accounts in private testing. All running the same stack, the same 10 formulas I pulled from analyzing 3.9M of viral likes, and the same 9-day flow you're about to set up. Not theory: it's what's already publishing reels every day.
The exact flow for every reel. Same order, same tools, same output you'll be producing from Day 1.
The face isn't yours. It's an AI character you generate in Higgsfield: you pick the face, yours never appears anywhere, ever. Your voice doesn't have to either. ElevenLabs clones it or you use a different one. Ava Moreno doesn't have a real face. You don't need one either.
Soul ID takes your identity lock and builds the podcast scene where the character will speak. Same character, cinematic set, ready to animate.
The Soul scene gets animated in HeyGen Avatar IV with the voice cloned in ElevenLabs. Real lip-sync. You download the .mp4 and upload straight to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Same character, different content type. You take a viral Instagram carousel and recreate it with your AI character, without the face drifting between slides. Feed ends up with a mix of talking head reels and lifestyle carousels. The account looks human. You learn the exact method inside.
No serious operator runs 12 tools. The whole system runs on 3 + Skool. Each one solves a specific problem in the pipeline. Day 1 you set them all up in 30 minutes.
The human creator has a ceiling: one face, one voice, 24 hours in a day, and a body that wears out. The operator of an AI influencer doesn't have that ceiling. A face that doesn't age, a voice you clone in 7 minutes, 5 reels produced in one afternoon, a brand that scales without you leaving the house. This category didn't exist 18 months ago. Today there are 3 tools that make it possible and a 9-day system to set it up. Cohort 1 makes you an operator. Not a student.
Each day opens with a tool, closes with a deliverable. Day 1 your character exists. Day 3 it speaks. Day 7 you publish your first reel. Day 9 you have a 30-day calendar and a chosen path to monetization. Skip a day, you lose the next one. That's why every day has a delivery deadline in Skool.
The cohort is free. The tools aren't. Here's what you pay per month, plan by plan, no fine print. And it's the only real filter that decides if this is for you.
That's a filter on purpose. If USD 75 a month is a barrier, the problem isn't this cohort. The problem is the business doesn't have working capital to start. When one of your reels brings you an USD 800 brand deal, the tools stop being an expense and start being an investment that pays for itself in 24 hours.
Some courses teach you to build your own PDF, your own mini-course, your own system to sell it. That turns you into a competitor of your coach. I don't operate that way. I teach you to monetize as a creator and affiliate: you produce content, brands pay you, and when you promote my stack we both win. No cannibalization, aligned from Day 9.
The system is the same. The difference is in the price, in my personal review, and in whether you're going to be among the first 30 operators or wait 3 months for the paid version.
There's no such thing as a free cohort with no commitment. This one is free because your finished case study is worth more to me than your payment today. In exchange for USD 0, you commit to 7 concrete things. In exchange for your word, I give you the full flow plus 6 bonuses that are worth more, in real money, than the Cohort 2 price.
Only people who can meet the 7 trade commitments get in. If you want to watch content without participating, wait for Cohort 2.
I review every application myself. That filter is what makes this cohort work. If you see yourself in the left column, write to me and tell me what you plan to build. If you see yourself in the right one, don't apply. Cohort 2 opens in September, it'll be more comfortable, and it'll be paid.
The risk on this free cohort is mine, not yours. I invest 9 days reviewing your deliverables one by one, giving technical feedback, and unblocking every blocker. You invest 60 to 90 minutes a day and USD 50 to 100 in tools. If something in my system breaks, my obligation is to fix it, not yours.
Complete the 9 deliverables, one per day, like the program asks. If you don't have a working published reel by Day 9, I get you into Cohort 2 (USD 297) free and we redo it together. It's not money back: it's me finishing what I started with you. If you don't complete the deliverables, this doesn't apply. This is for people who do the work, not people who watch.
A lot of noise is showing up around AI influencers. Pre-recorded courses, "academies" with 900 students, promises of 7 simultaneous income streams, hidden adult content modules. I don't operate any of those models. So you don't apply thinking this is something it isn't:
A 9-day production system with my personal review, 6 calibrated products (not PDFs), 30 seats per cohort, and an honest transaction: your finished case study in exchange for the full stack. If that fits, write to me.
If you're hesitating, it's because one of these phrases just went through your head. I answer them direct, no marketing.
Yes, and it's the profile that gets the most out of it. Cohort 1 is designed for someone who has never opened HeyGen, ElevenLabs or Higgsfield. Day 1 you install the accounts, Day 2 you have an AI character with a consistent face across scenes, Day 3 your character talks with your cloned voice. I'm not teaching you theory, I'm teaching you where to click.
What you do need: to be able to put in 1 to 2 hours a day for 9 days, and to be willing to publish on the last day. If you can't do that, don't apply.
Really free for the first 30. Zero payment today, zero payment at the end. No hidden upsell, no unlockable "premium" module, no closing coaching call.
The real reason: I need 30 English-language case studies to sell Cohort 2 at USD 297 in September. Your work, your screenshots and your Day 9 result are what I pay in exchange for teaching you. That's the transaction. It's written above in "The trade" section.
The only cost on your side is the tool subscriptions, which run USD 65 to 80 a month and you cancel any time. The tool charges you, not me.
Short answer: no. I'd be lying if I said yes. Let me walk you through exactly why, tool by tool, with the current 2026 limits:
HeyGen free. 3 videos a month, max 1 minute each, exported in 720p with a HeyGen watermark you can't remove. Photo Avatar IV is only "trial access" on the free plan, not for real production. For the 9 days + what comes after, you need the Creator plan (USD 29/mo) to remove the watermark and use Avatar IV for real.
ElevenLabs free. 10,000 credits a month (roughly 10 to 20 minutes of audio). Instant Voice Cloning (Day 4 of the cohort) is not available on the free plan. And most importantly: the free plan does not include commercial usage rights. That means any reel you publish with ElevenLabs free voice can't be legally monetized. For USD 5 a month (Starter plan) you unlock voice cloning and commercial rights.
Higgsfield free. 150 credits a month, split across all models. NanoBanana Pro on the Basic plan gives 70 credits/mo (about 35 Pro images). Free works for Soul ID with limited credits, but it's not enough to produce daily content at the pace we need.
The real floor to do the cohort and legally monetize: HeyGen Creator USD 29 + ElevenLabs Starter USD 5 + Higgsfield Basic USD 29 = USD 63 a month. That's the honest price. If that number is a problem, wait for Cohort 2, or the business doesn't have working capital to start yet.
Because I review every application, every Day 3, 6 and 9 milestone, and answer every question in Skool. 30 people × 9 days is the limit of human hours I have in August. At 31, my review quality starts dropping and I'd rather close.
In Cohort 2, that same work gets distributed to the 30 Cohort 1 alumni acting as coaches, which is why that cohort can grow and why it costs USD 297.
It's exactly for that. Ava Moreno started at zero followers a few weeks ago. The 3.9M likes I quote aren't from a profile of mine with existing audience, they're from an analysis of 59 viral reels from external creators that I studied to extract the 10 formulas you'll apply.
The Day 9 deliverable is a publish-ready reel. You upload it to a new account, with zero followers. The system is designed to reach the algorithm, not to lean on an audience you don't have.
No. The 3 tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield) do the heavy lifting. You don't touch CapCut, Premiere or After Effects. The prompts come written in templates, you adapt them by changing 4 words.
The tools have English interfaces and the templates and my feedback are 100% in English. If you can follow a YouTube tutorial, you're set.
I reply personally in Skool and we figure out what slowed you down. If it was about time and you want to finish later, I leave the material open for an extra 30 days at no cost.
What I don't do is a refund, because there's nothing to refund. Cohort 1 is free.
In 2024, yes. In 2026, no. Ava Moreno passes the "this is a real person" filter on platforms and in comments. HeyGen Avatar IV lip-sync is indistinguishable in vertical 9:16. ElevenLabs cloned voice has nuances, breaths, natural pauses.
What I do teach is honest bio disclosure following each platform's current policies. I'm not teaching you to deceive, I'm teaching you to publish a legitimate AI creator.
Yes. Cohort 1 is open to the entire English-speaking market. US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, English-speaking Europe and Asia-Pacific. Templates are in clean American English and the community is async, so timezones don't block participation.
The tool stack works from any country. HeyGen and ElevenLabs payments process in USD with international cards.
Cohort 2 opens in September 2026 at USD 297. It will have more seats, an already active community, and Cohort 1 case studies as proof. The content is the same 9-day flow.
The only thing that doesn't repeat is the zero price and my personal review of every milestone. This is Cohort 1.
This isn't a marketing trick. August 1 is the real date I need to start the program the following Monday and hold my review schedule. I can only give one-on-one feedback to 30 people across 9 days. Once we hit 30, I close applications even if there's time left on the clock. Cohort 2 opens in September, will cost USD 297, and will sell itself with the case studies we build together in August.
Closes when seats fill or August 1, 2026, whichever comes first. No extensions. No waitlist.
Ava exists because there's a system. In 9 days you'll operate yours. Cohort 1 closes August 1. Cohort 2 costs USD 297 and opens in September. This is the only free one.
Apply to Cohort 1Free for Cohort 1. Cohort 2 will cost USD 297.

I reply personally in less than 48 hours. If you fit, we start in Skool the Monday after close. If not, I tell you with respect and invite you to Cohort 2 (paid). Mike Zapata, founder
The cohort is free. The tools aren't. Higgsfield (with NanoBanana Pro included), HeyGen and ElevenLabs add up to USD 50 to 100 a month. That's the only cost, and it's the filter that decides if this cohort is for you.
If this fits, you drop your email above and I reply personally in less than 48 hours. If you fit, we start in Skool the Monday after close. If not, I tell you with respect.
